Which painkiller works the best?!

Question: Which painkiller works the best!?
ibuprofen, advil, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It depends on what kind of pain you have!.

Ibuprofen and Advil are basically the same thing, so is motrin!. They are good for muscle pain!.

Aspirin is good for headaches and so is tylenol!. I have never taken Alleve, but i heard it's good for arthritic pain!.

Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Different painkillers work well for different symptoms!. Ibuprofen, I think, is better for muscular pain, whereas paracetamol may be better for headaches!. Personally, I have a prescription for morphine sulphate, which is an opiate and therefore the strongest legal painkiller (the only thing stronger I think is diamorphine - pharmaceutical heroin)!.
Opiates are the strongest prescription painkillers available and they include: Diamorphine, Morphine Sulphate, Fentynal, Oxycontin!. They are used for severe pain!.
Next are opioids or synthetic opiates such as Tramadol, Codeine or Dydrocodeine which are also used for the treatment of moderate to severe pain!.
Then there are the over-the-counter (OTC) painkillers such as co-codamol or co-dydramol or nurofen!. These are used for mild to moderate pain!.
Tablets containing codeine are available OTC!. If you are looking for a strong painkiller without a prescription the best are ones containing codeine as codeine converts into morphine in the body!. Although 10mg of codeine will convert into just 1mg of morphine so to get just 30mg of morphine you would need to ingest 300mg of codeine!. Most OTC tablets such as co-codamol will be something like 500/8 - which means 500mg of paracetamol in each tablet and 8mg of codeine!. Paracetamol or APAP is harmful to the internal organs of the body, such as kidneys, liver, etc when taken in high doses!. If you wanted to extract the codeine from the tablets (codeine is not harmful to the bodies internal organs), you could perform a cold-water-extraction!. If you type Cold Water Extraction into a search engine, such as Google, you will find out how to do this!.
Of course, all painkillers are addictive, esp!. opiates so if abused (taken in high quantities, over a sustained period) you will get addicted!. If you are suffering pain that is greater than the pain-relief that OTC tablets provide then seek medical advice from your doctor!. He may prescribe codeine or tramadol or something stronger depending on the sypmtoms/source of pain!.
If it is for recreational use then the CWE method is fairly safe, but please be careful and read up as much information as you can before proceeding to do anything and always use safely!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's good to experiment a little!. People react differently to different drugs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
