I suspect that you are developing an infection!. Watch for heat, redness, swelling and pain at that area!. If that develops, then in all likelihood, you will have to see your doctor for an antibiotic prescription!. Until then keep the area clean!. Wash with warn water and a good antibiotic soap and scrub it gently!. Then reapply the Triple Antibiotic Cream (generic Neosporin) and keep it dry and covered!. You may be able to get away with it, but I doubt it!. The knee is a frequent area of infection because the type of injury you described tends to drive dirt and infected material deep into the skin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think that is normal fluid that is leaking out and within 24 hours it should harden into a scab!. Let it dry up a little bit!. I fell off my bike so hard once I have very small pebbles embedded in my knee so just clean it and leave it alone for todayWww@Answer-Health@Com

It`s called pus, and one of the old grannies remedies to draw the pus out was to make a poultice by mixing some sugar and soap in to a paste and placing it on the wound and covering it with a bandage it used to work for me!.ps just a few days Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just cleaned good whit soapy water 3 times a day and apply Neosporin Triple Antibiotic Ointment Use The Original Strength and the real one !. I now is expensive but is better than the Generic ones!.
