Well, I hit my head. Does anyone know if it could be serious due to these sympto!

Question: Well, I hit my head!. Does anyone know if it could be serious due to these symptoms!?
I hit my head on a concrete wall
I didn't feel it until about 10 seconds later
the pain went away within the next 10 minutes
6 hours later the spot I hit is extremely tender to the touch
it tingles even when I'm not touching it

I'm assuming its just a bruise but anything dealing with my head frightens me and no one will take me to the doctor unless I know the problem is severe!.
I did not black out, I am not dizzy, and I'm not having memory problemsWww@Answer-Health@Com
