Question: I just cut my finger with a pair of scissors!?
I cut myself really bad here, but I peroxide my whole finger and put anti-botic onitment on my whole finger where I cut myself at!. Am I good here!? Doing that!? For a second, I thought I lost my finger, but I'm good!. The side of my finger is burning a little bit, but I kissed it!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

How deep is the cut!? If it's pretty deep you may require stitches!. As far as the antibiotic ointment goes, make sure you put just a thin layer of it over the cut!. If you glob it on it will actually harbor germs and hinder the healing!. And don't forget to let the cut to breathe in between dressing changes!.

If it does not need stitches, then after the cleaning and disinfecting, just put a band-aid or some other protective cover on it, and you should be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
