Could my hand still be broken?!

Question: Could my hand still be broken!?

So long story short, I punched a wall and the bottom knuckle on my middle finger and the area around has been pretty sore!. Two weeks later i decide to go to the doctor because it was still swollen and when i touched the knuckle i could feel what felt like a crack in the knuckle!. He took x-rays and said nothing was broken, but it is still very swollen and sore even a few days later!. Could something be wrong with it that didn't show up on the x-ray!?

try a second opinion from another docotor, your first doc might have missed something in the xrays like a hairline fracture which are hard to see sometimes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
