Answers:
Take a multivitamin and lots of long deep contemplative breaths!. ]

What I am saying is that you are likely stressed but it can also be an effect of a vitamin mineral deficiency!.

Or, just take a little bottle of Baileys to work and put that in your decaf!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ahh! I had the same problem a few months ago! Flipping annoying thats what it is! Lol =)
My friend also had it and he recommended lots of sleep, so I increased my hours of sleep and found after a few days it occured less and less until it disappeared =)
If it doesnt stop though it could be something serious!. I read that if you have a worm it can cause the muscles around your eye to twitch!. As you can probably guess I was very freaked out by this! But the twitching stopped when I got more sleep so I do't think its anything serious to worry about =)
Good luck! xWww@Answer-Health@Com

This comes and goes in life!. Almost nothing you can do about it!. Sometimes you can do experiments!. Put cold on the skin!. Then heat!. Try exercising very hard when it starts!. Hang your head upside down off the end of a bed!. Massage it!. And then try biofeedback by yourself!.!.!.can you think yourself into a relaxed state- so relaxed that the twitching stops!.
This is not psychological!. Your husband is wrong!. Blinking your eyes is a stress signal!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have also heard it can be stress related!. Things might have not changed with you but your body might be telling you to slow down and relax!. It has happened to me too and mostly during stressful times!. You should also maybe see your doctor just to make sure!.

Hope that helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
