Question: What is this pain on my Right side of neck!?
for the last 4 days, several times throuhout the day i move my neck to the left i felt a massive sharp pinching like pain on right side of neck at the back and on the side pain goes away about 10 secs later, it's getting more painful and more frequent then this morning got worse all i did was start to walk took one step and i felt a massive shap pinching like pain in the same spotWww@Answer-Health@Com

This is a classic presentation of a neck misalignment!. This is caused by one of the bones in your neck being out of place!. When you move in certain directions, it causes pain because it is causing an impingement on the nerves in that area!.
You really need to go to a chiropractor!. They specialize in things like this!.
