Question: My right hip hurts soo badly!!!?

my hip just started hurting today at about 6:00 and now its 8:39!. i was lying down most of the day, reading a book!. can this cause your hip to hurt!? by lying down too long!? by the way, im 15 so i dont think i will have arthiritis!. im too young!. please help and is there any way to heal it!?
