I haven't been able to sleep for the past few nights, what can I do?!


Question: I haven't been able to sleep for the past few nights, what can I do!?
I really am feeling tired, I think it is stress!.!.!. I hear smoking helps, but i'm not going to because it is no good!.
Any tips!?
I Drink hotchocolate, but this dosen't seem to be working either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try chamomile tea, valerian tablets(OTC)-they are an herbal supplement!. Make sure your room is dark and quiet, altho a sound machine may help!. If this goes on more than a few more days-you need to see your doc though-wish you luck, insomnia is the WORST!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hot chocolate contains sugar and will keep you up even longer!. Try drinking warm milk, or going to sleep earlier!.

If you can't relive of your stress, warm milk doesn't help, go see a doctor!. You may have a sleep deprivation illness and may need to be treated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't smoke!.!.!.!. i smoked for 28 years, it is hard to stop once your hooked!.!.!.!.!. try a relaxation thing before going to bed, ttry to clear your head of all the bad thoughts that muddle your mind!.!.!.!. look at some yoga techniquesWww@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe your mind is focused on other things then sleeping!. Try watching TV, or reading a book to help clear your mind before you go to sleep!. Try drinking warm milk too!.
