Carpal tunnel is an option and may very well be the problem - but something else to consider is how you sit, your chair and the keyboard you use!. They could contribute to the problem and if you do not have carpal tunnel then you want to do whatever you can to avoid it occurring!.

To reduce the stress on your hands, make the keyboard sit as flat on the desk as you can make it - tilted up keyboards stress the hands because of the angle you have to place your hand in - it is best if your hands are straight over the keyboard, not bent Make sure your elbows rest on the desktop and if they don't then adjust your chair so that you can do that!. If it makes the chair too high and your feet lift off the ground, get a small box to rest your feet on!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Should look at carpal tunnel syndrome!. Wear a wrist support for it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
