I get migraines all the time and the best remedy for me is a bag of ice (the real stuff, not an ice pack) on the back of your neck!. I know you said no pills but Excedrin Migraine with a cup of coffee really helps me!. I also lay down in a cold dark room with no noise!. Hope you feel better! Www@Answer-Health@Com

rub menthol, rubbing alcohol, or lavendar oil on your temples to cool it!.!.!.!.helps with mine!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
