you need to eat a balanced breakfast!. Something like weetabix or shreddies something that releases energy slowly instead of all in one go!. Try and stay away from sugary things first thing in the morning like fruit juices or cereals such as coco pops!. Eat brown bread!. You can drink caffine to give you a boost but try and eat something that releases energy slowly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Firstly, what time do you go to bed!? If its too late then dont expect to get up feeling too happy in the morning!.
Also and most importantly you must look at your stress levels!. Do you have a stressful job or is there something else that causes you stress!?!. stress can certainly leave you feeling drained!. Of course we also know that good food is so important and the old saying of what you eat today is you tomorrow is so true!. If like most of us you are not eating properly then I suggest a good vitamin supplement daily and certainly look at that "inner peace", does it need attention also!.!?
