How to help your immune system?!


Question: How to help your immune system!?
I often get coughs, colds, sore throats and stomach bugs!.
I must have a weak immune system!.
Is there anything I can do to improve it!?

Taking extra vitamin C every day helps!. A suitable amount would be 1 or 2 gm per day or even less!.

The two natural antibiotics colloidal silver and odorless garlic oil capsules every day also help!.

Echinacea is only suitable for short term use so you are probably better off without it!. Long term use may actually weaken your immune system!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are lots of different things you can do to help boost your immune system!. These include making sure you eat a good nutritious diet; take vitamin/mineral supplements if your diet is lacking in any nutrients due to allergies etc!.; get regular daily exercise and fresh air; learn to minimize stress!.

Another very important way of strengthening your immune system is by getting enough sleep every night!. Sleep is incredibly important to your body, and sleep deprivation can seriously affect your health in many ways!.
