First of all stop using the irritating cleanser!. Then resume to washing your face with a mild soap such as Dove or Olay and then after you shower in the morning and again at night (twice a day) you need to get 70% isopropyl alcohol and rub it all over the problem areas!. This will dry them up super fast so they can heal!. I had terrible acne after quitting my birth control that was uncontrollable and I was just about to lose it and I tried the alcohol!. It worked like a charm and it's cheap too!. Try it for reals, it will work!. Good luck and Happy Early Bday!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wash your face with a mild soap!. Alcohol and witch Hazel can dry the pimples pretty quick!. If you are using a wrap or satin hat for your hair, please be sure to wash it regularly, because it holds in oil and the bumps are a usual sign that your hair needs to be washed and so does your hair wrap!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

keep cleansing with a liquid toner - garnier wipes or clean and clear works very well - and dont scratch or pop them!.

try getting some 'witch' facial cleansing foam from boots - it makes your skin shiny and tight, but rub in a little moisturiser and your cheeks glow radiently - takes the focus off your forehead!.

try that witch formula with the over-night gel - also from boots!.

blue coloured bottles!.

try it - i did that before my brothers wedding as sometimes i have problem skin - and the result was good!.

see what happensWww@Answer-Health@Com
