Hot milk is a known remedy to soothe people to sleep!. Cheese can also help; regardless of popular myth, it doesn't cause nightmares!. It can increase REM, which helps to create dreams, but it doesn't mean the dreams will be bad!.
I play a film in the background, and fall to sleep with the sound of the film!. Chose a film which isn't your favorite, but one you enjoy!. If you chose one you love to watch, you'll only end up watching it!. Perhaps chose one you have seen a lot!. It really helps me!.

If you have something like tylenol pm, I'd take a single tablet to help sleep - You can drink something warm, like warm milk or hot chocolate!. And if you are struggling, I suggest getting up for a bit, do a few body stretches to help relax the muscles!. Turn out all the lights and make the room really dark!. Try doing some deep breathing to try and relax the body - do it slow, take a real deep breath and slowly let it out, both to the count of 10 (it mimics the deep breathing you do when sleeping)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Excercise!. Go for a run, do a load of sit ups and push ups, pull ups if you can!. Physically tire yourself out!. It will help you sleep and clear your mind too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

in shower just play the water on lower legs but cold only as long as you can stand it,dry of get into bed bet it works!.PopaWww@Answer-Health@Com

I know it sounds childish but a glass of warm milk does seriously help!
If not you could try taking Kalms, there herbal and should help u drift off in to a natural sleep!
