Answers:
OK first of all there are several different things that could be causing this!. Your doctor would need to check these out!.

But before that- You need to drink way more water!. You should be drinking at least 64oz a day!. That is ~ 2 liters!. for every 50lbs over 100 lbs add another liter!. And yes- not drinking enough water can cause dizziness!.

Next- It doesn't sound like a stroke or a cerebrovascular accident!. Cerebrovascular accidents are usually accompanied by a severe Headache (like you have never felt before)!. You could theoretically have a vascular blockage

Also, go see a chiropractor!. Having misaligned joints can put pressure on blood vessels and nerves that can also cause these type of symptoms!.

If after drinking the water, you still have dizziness when you stand up- have your doctor check you for Subclavian Steal and all the arteries that go to your chest and neck!. This can be serious, but it is very uncommon!.

Good Luck to you

Hello there,
Its not safe to say that it cannot be your heart causing this because it's on your 'left' side!. While this is true, certain conditions such as a Cerbrovascular Accident (fancy word for stroke) can manifest as apain radiating from the shoulders down the arm, and can include both on either arms!.!.!.have you felt dizzy lately!.!.!.!.if the ibuprofin hasn't helped it makes no sense to continue taking it!. If the pain persists it may be best to see a doctor, as this can be many things manifesting as pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

call up a doctor!. that sounds weird!. maybe lime disease!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
