my arms and legs have been aching all on and of throughout this week and last
are these growing pains!?
also my knee is killing me whenever i walk it always hurts me to run

Growing pains!. The knee is what sold me on this because your knee cap grows so much too!. When mine was growing it could move it around a ton!. It was really gross!. Using heating pads and take hot baths along with advil, it will help!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it is mostl likely puberty many gurls ur age start havin these pains!. they are only temporary!. enless u worked out u could just be sore from something hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
