hypothetically, could someone have a fracture with little swelling and just bad bruising!? i'm wondering if one always has a symptom of swelling when dealing with fractures!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No my daughter broke her wrist roller skating!. Her dad broke his wrist the same night roller skating!. My daughter had a small bruise on the inside of her wrist, and no swelling!. My husbands hand swelled immediately!. When I took them to the hospital, I was surprised they had both broke the same bone on the same arm!.
