So they keep on coming!. You like the traffic accidents eh!.

With fractured pelvis and internal injuries, primary concern is blood loss!. They are going to need to be giving her fluids out the ying yang, and a large bore cannule in each arm would start that off!. They would head brace her and maybe bind the pelvis on the way to hospital!. There would be a fast scan of the abo section which would likely be positive, and if she was stable enough they would get a CT head to pelvis to check on the damage!. Hopefully the bowel wasnt perforated or her odds of pulling through decrease by a large amount!. They would need her in surgury with an ortho and general to repair the pelvis and liver bowel!. Rough set of injuries!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The multiple injuries would require an Orthopedic Physician and an Internal Medicine Physician!. Did this person already not go to the Hospital and get the treatment by the above Specialties!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
