Question: I hit the back of my hand and now it hurts to bend my fingers!?
I was at work today and I hit the back of my hand on one of the wooden chairs in the dining room!. I'm a server btw so my hands are important to my job!. well it hurt real bad as I did it and it just lingered for the rest of the night!.
whenever I bend my fingers close or back at all it's a really strong pain, almost like a sprain!. I feel like it's going to be swollen in the morning and I have work!.

You probably hit a nerve!. It may be like dat for a couple of days!. Maybe a wk give or take!.
Try to put a heating pad on it or maybe a hot/warm towel and take some tylenol rapid release!.

try getting an ex-ray for broken bones and than put laods of ice on it and you should be fineWww@Answer-Health@Com
