Just like cracking your knuckles, this means there is air between the muscle and cartilage and it just needs to be set free!. It's not harmful, it just may mean, you have been sitting in one position for too long!.
It may also mean, like me, that you have excess cartilage in your knee, which could lead to minor arthritis!. Also , if you have had any previous injuries to your knee, that may be a cause to!. This is just stiffness, if it gets worse, see your doctor and tell him about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
