*()* help...constant stomach pain...help... *()*?!

This has been going on anywhere from 7 months to possibly a year!. On a typical morning I wake up with nausea, stomach pain (pit of my stomach across to where my ribs start to go towards my back on both sides and wraps to my back and into my shoulder blades), and a headache!. Back in July I went to the doctor and he told me I was having symptoms of gallbladder attacks!. He sent me for an abdominal ultrasound and I was told not to eat anything after midnight and the test was scheduled for 9:30 AM the next day!. I ate supper at 5:00 that night and didnt eat anything else and the last I had to drink was at 9 p!.m!. While the test was being done the technician asked when I had last eaten because she could still see food!. Nothing was put in the report about still seeing food and the test results for my gallbladder came back normal and the doctor said we didnt need to do any further testing!. I am still having the same chronic stomach pain, nausea and headaches!. I am now seeing another doctor who has perscribed a digestive enzyme which isnt working! I breifley told him about my abdominal ultrasound and he didnt seem conserned, but mentioned something about delayed emptying but only if i was diabetic!. I went to my grandmothers and checked my blood sugar an hour after I had eaten a bowl of chicken noodle soup, a grilled cheese and a drank a glass of sweet tea!. The sugar reading was a normal 121, which pretty well ruled out diabetes!. The pain in my stomach worsens about 5 to 10 minutes after I eat and my upper abdomen becomes really hard where it hurts to even walk and then passes a few hours later but comes and goes all day and night without the pesence of food!. I am wondering if I am still having gallbladder attacks because it isnt functioning correctly and to see if the new doctor wants to do further testing!? or what else could be causing this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
