Why am I usually tired?!
Question: Why am I usually tired!?
So I sleep late and wake up late, since my body is used to that and I don't feel so tired at night!. I do eat daily vitamins which has iron!. But when I get up my body feels so tired and I want more sleep!. And yes, I do exercise daily as well too!. I don't get it!.!.!.oh and I drink less water then the average person, could that be the problem!? That's because I don't get thirsty as much!.

Rare condititions to do with an underactive thyroid can cause you to feel lathargic, however, it's almost certainly your routine!. Exercise will help if you want to get to sleep earlier!. It doesn't matter though when you actually go to sleep generally, as long as you get about 7!.5 hours of undisturbed sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
First, about water!. "When you are thirsty, it means your body is dehydrated!." That's what an excellent trainer used to tell us once!. The idea is to keep your body hydrated all the time, so you have to drink water BEFORE you are actually thirsty!.
Also, try to go bed early, and wake up early!. You might have other habits, but it might help you a lot because of the sunlight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can change your thirst!. If you don't drink much, you won't get thirsty fast!. If you drink much normally you will get thirsty faster!. So it depends on your drinkingstyle!.
You just have to eat healthy ! Mostly if i sleep more then 10 hours, I am also tired!. I don't know why!?
Just try to sleep 8-9 hours!. That's enough!.

If you are young and healthy, then I'd say your internal clock is not with the rest of the world!. I was that way until I was 50!. My children are that way!. The way of the world should adjust to our time but, it doesn't!. My perfect work hours would still be 11-7!. Sleep as late as possible and spring out of bed with a smile on your face!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
