Question: Parents not home!. Sisters sick!?
Im home for the weekend from college!. My parents went out for the night and i cant get ahold of them at all!. My sisters, 16 and 17, are sick!. They are both cold, weak and feel like they might throw up!. They both said their stomachs are killing them!. My parents wont be home for a few hours if i cant get ahold of them soon!. I cant stand seeing my sisters this miserable!. How can i help them!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Give them something light to eat and a glass of water with painkillers!.
Make them lie down and rest!. put a blanket over them!. If they lie down next to each other they will create more bodyheat!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Call their doctor!. It sounds like the flu!. They can't do anything for it, rest, lots of fluids and Tylenol or something like it if they have a fever!. All doctors will call you back, or have someone on call!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If your family has a General Practitioner call them!. They will have an on call nurse that can tell you what to do and will probably make you feel better!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
if it's really bad then take them to a doctor, but if its just a slight discomfort then give them some medicine and let them rest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
