HELP! How do I stay asleep for 12 hours/sleep better?!


Question: HELP! How do I stay asleep for 12 hours/sleep better!?
lately i have been going to bed super late and then for some reason i wake up at 3 am or 4 am and i cannot fall back asleep!. i just stay up! and im so incredibly tired!. i have 3 hour practices and then i run 4!.2 miles afterward!. and even today, i had a 14 hour long competition and i probably will get up at like 8 am if i go to bed no (its 11:30 pm) and im so exhausted!.

when i wake up at 3/4 am i am still tired, but i cant go back to sleep!. but sometimes i am not tired at all then!. and i dont have any tv, cell phone, or clock light in my room and it is quiet!.

i dont get it!.
what can i take or do to make me sleep longer!? i need to get my hours of sleep!. if i take advil pm will that help me stay asleep for 12 hours!?
please help

take an excederine pm they have rapid release keep you sleep but try resting in bed in the dark with a cool rag on your face!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stop worrying and thinking about yesterday and tomorrow!. Instead think of the moment!. They say that a bird in hand is worth two in the bush!. Drink plenty of water and do some deep breathing for 15 minutes to 30 minutes before you go to sleep, with concentration on only he breath that is leaving your nostrils and the breathing in action!. This will quieten your mind, which seems to be hyper active!. Maybe you think too much! Www@Answer-Health@Com
