Always tired? is something wrong?!


Question: Always tired!? is something wrong!?
im fifteen and i usually get between 8 - 9 hours of sleep every night!. but during the day im ALWAYS tired!. like to the point where im falling asleep in ever class!. i used to think it was just for a week or whatever and it would stop!.!. but its been three weeks where ive been like this!.

I have always been like this, and was in High school, I was depressed badly!.

Try taking fruit to classes- they have natural sugar and will give you a little extra umph - unlike chocolate bars that take you way up and take you way way down, the sugar in fruit will keep you steady!.
Don't eat a big breakfast, the digestion of a ton of food will wear you out quickly!.

Take some iron like the girl up top suggested,
Don't drink much if any caffine during school, it will kill your concentration and it will drag you down fast!.

Ecenatia (SP) is an herb that is kind of an energy boost!.
Try eating things high in fiber too just for a few days, you might be so tired because you are eating badly and its running down your body!. (Having a lot of poo in your system will run down your body too, your body has to work to keep that poo warm somehow!.)

So eat fruit

Ecenatia
Iron
Multivitamin
Little to no caffine
Kick any candy habits
Eat every 2-4 hours (small meals) keeps your bloodsugar level!.
Eat healthier
Take a 15 min nap
Cut out all foods and any beverage but water after 8 pm - that way your body isn't influenced to wake up in the middle of the night!. (people unconciously wake up 4-7 times a night normally)

Perhaps you aren't eating a good balanced diet!. Try taking a multi-vitamin!. They really help me throught he day!.

Maybe yuo are getting too much sleep !!! And not enough exercise!. Although 8-9 hours for your age is what you should be getting!.

maybe you have mono!.!.!. i would go get checked out!.!.!. if its not that then sleep less!.!.!. you actually only 6 hours of sleep everynight and if you get to much sleep it will make you more tired than you should be!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
