I just ate too much and now feel icky?!


Question: I just ate too much and now feel icky!?
We all have our bad days or weeks, this week was not my best week, I'm getting back on my shift to healthier eating and losing weight tomorrow!. Here's the deal, I got home from school, and just went crazy, I had some nachos (Just chips and salsa) I don'tk now how many I ate though, since the chips were broken, and thenI had some handfuls of cheerios, like 3!. Now, I feel really icky, what can I do to feel better!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everybody has those days so don't feel bad!. Right now your best bet is if you can sit up straight for a few minutes and breathe to relax!. Then walk around the house not too fast!. Don't eat or drink anything for a couple of hours!. When you do drink something please drink some water and sip it!. Don't drink it too fast!.

If in a couple of hours you still feel icky take some Alka seltzer please read the directions and if you can't take that some plain seltzer will do!. You can just wait it out!.

Did you eat lunch!? If you have skipped a meal this can make you overeat!. If you like yogurts try to have them in the fridge, also some baby carrots and some fruits!. So when you are that hungry you can snack on some of those it will calm your hunger!. Because when we are so hungry we tend to grab the first thing we find, so if you have it on hand it will be easier on those bad days!. Hope this helps you out some!. Stand up so the stuff will be encouraged the flow down!. Then loosen up your belt or lower you pants so they are not suppressing your lower stomach!. Or just stand in your room or bathroom naked, or with you pants down (whatever works for you really)!. Go to the bathroom!. Sometimes even if you don't think you need to go, it helps if you do!. Sip water!. Don't guzzle it!! Also a little white tea wouldn't hurt - but sip it at all costs!.

Listen to a radio program or something to get your mind off it, and just try to stay standing!. you should feel better in around 15 mins!.

Well, you COULD always throw up to make it feel better!. But if you don't want to do that, just lay down in your bed and close your eyes!.!.!.focus on something else!. Daydream that your at Disneyland with some friends!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oh I felt just like that the other day when I ate a huge greasy pizza!. I find that a big mug of white tea and honey makes me feel cleansed again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
