Answers:
It sounds like you may have bruised/sprained it pretty badly!. A fall like that can definetly mess a person up!. I'm so sorry that happened to you! A sprain is usually caused when ligaments are stretched and torn!.!.falling like that could easily cause it!.

Fractures and things to that nature usually result with pain, swelling, mild deformity!.

Do you happen to remeber if you heard a snapping noise!?

If it hurts to put weight on it, or touch the area, there is a possibility of it being broken!.

It's hard to tell the first day or so because the injury just occured, and your going to be in pain obviously from the accident alone!.

If you don't see any signs of reduced swelling, or any signs of imporvement in the next two days, then you definetly need to go see a doctor incase it is something serious!.

I'm really sorry you hurt yourself hun and I really do hope nothing is broken :( I would just keep it on ice, until you can go to the doctors, so it wont swell that bad!. Again I really hope you get better!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should really see a doctor, have it examined, your wrist might be fractured at the very leastWww@Answer-Health@Com
