my urethra ( pee pee hole ) is absolutley stinging, it hurts the most when i urinate, im not a virgin, but ive always used a condom and my partner and i are not hiv positive or have any sti's when i unrinated i wiped and there was a smidge of blood there, could i have a water infection!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would say, by your symptoms, that you have a bladder infection!. Go to the doctor, and they will take a urine sample, and give you antibiotics to cure it!.
