Question: Blood donating: Is it possible to raise my hemoglobin levels from 12!.4 to 12!.5 in 3 days!?!?!? !?

I tried to donate blood but my levels were only 12!.4 and they needed to be 12!.5!. If i went back in about 3 days, can they go up!? I just bought a lot of iron-filled foods to eat these 3 days!.
