Question: I recked my wrist today it really hurts =[!?
Me and my friend Ellie were messing about and i jumped of a gate and now i have a really really sore bruise up my wrist it hurts like hell i can't have any clothing on it because it's to sensitive what can i do, shall i like bandage it up!? I have bruises all over my legs and up my arms too but this one is red raw and recks =[Www@Answer-Health@Com

Since it is so painful that you can't allow clothing to touch it, it may be fractured!. Can you use it at all!? Is it swollen!? If you can't turn a doorknob, there's a good chance one of the bones is fractured (red bruise)!.
For now, you can apply ice!. But you need to tell a parent as soon as possible!.
