Answers:
you should be careful hun, just remembered that your arm used to come out of its socket when we were kids!! i'd wait a day or 2 at the most and go to the doctors just to check!. looks like no body conditioning tomorrow!! god darn it!. ;+) xWww@Answer-Health@Com

apply heat to the shoulder to ease the pain !.!. soak in a hot bath maybe

you can also apply oinment for pain on the go, try 'heat rub' its in a red box/tube and is very very good for pain

but if the pain carries on longer than 4dayys then go docs

also tell your boss what happened, cases like these you could sue the company due to their neglect (if the floor was wet with no signs, or if something was on the floor that you triped over)etc
but tell the boss so that you can take off some sick leave to mend your shoulderWww@Answer-Health@Com

You probably pulled a muscle in the shoulder area!. If it doesn't go away in a week or so, I would definitely have it checked out to make sure it isn't dislocated or anything of that nature!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Report to your supervisor that you have fallen down stairs and go to the doctors and get it checked out if you go on the club put in a claimWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like holding onto the banister made you pull a ligament!. Rest and take it easy with that arm!. Keep an eye on it and get to a doctor if it doesn't get better (It will probably be okay)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could have dislocated it!. Go to A&E, they can put it back there and then!. It hurts for a a bit then it goes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You probably strained your muscle because of all the strain you put on it!. Wait a couple days then go yo your doctor!. It's probably nothing too serious!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have pulled your shoulderblade muscle, it will be a few weeks before it goes away, take painkillers, but if you are really worried then see your GPWww@Answer-Health@Com

You might have dislocated your shoulder!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you should go to the doctor because my best guest is that you pulled a muscle out of place!.
