Question: Can she Do That Like Really!?
So i am in a wheelchair right and my electric wheelchair broke like completely beond fixable and i was supposed to get a new chair anyways but the insurance just needs to approve it and i have this lazy Representative and she wont call the insurance people so i cant get my chair so i am stuck in bed having people do things for me i hate it what do i do she wont answer her phone it would only take a 3 Minuet phone call Www@Answer-Health@Com

Call someone else in the company (like her supervisor) and complain!.
Call everyday until the matter is resolved!. If you have her e-mail address, e-mail everyday as well!. Eventually they'll take care of you just to get you to shut up!.

Cal and speak to the supervisor!. Yes, they do that all the time and say it is because they have so many people to take care of, nonsense!. If she is not doing her job talk to her supervisor or call your insurance and see if you have been approved for a new chair yet!. Let them know how important it is that you get a chair (you don't have one now and are stuck in bed all the time) Your Dr may also be able to pull some strings, call his/her office and see if they can help you get a chair!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
