Question: Whats causing extremely horrible cramps in legs and feet!?
Lately I have been getting extremely painful leg and foot cramps!. It started maybe two months ago, and now at least two times I week these come along!. Its not just your average little "Oh, that hurts" and its gone in 5 seconds!. These can last at least up to 15 minutes and then the part that had the cramp feels awful after!. I usually end up screaming because of the pain and Im usually never like that!.
What could be causing this painful annoyance!?
I havent been doing anything different in the past few months!. Ive jut been drinking a ton of more water, but I dont see how that would cause the problem!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try increasing your potassium!.!.!.!. Eat a banana!.!. That might help!.!. If it doesn't I would see a doc!.
