it goes away simply after taking 4 advil in like a half hour!. And when i pee its very uncomfterbale not an extreme pain!. i also get sharp pains in my wrist but that prolly has nothing to do with any of this!. And i caant go to the Er or Dr yet because idont have insuarance, so id rather wait till i was sure something was wrong with me!. Is there any medicine that will subside my urination problem till i can go to the doctor, my intense back pain goes away after enough advil!. I feel like my body is rotting away!.!.!.!.

Hi ,
I'm a nurse and will try to help!.BUT , please do't take this as gospel! First off, you can have no symptoms and still have a UTI !. Your urine does not have to be dark or smell!. Second, if you are sexually active you are more at risk for an UTI, I'm assuming you know why!?!? You can get AZO over the counter BUT it will only help with he symptoms!. IT IS NOT A CURE!. I also would drink alot, this will help relieve the pain, cranberry juice is best !. Thrid, I really doubt you have cervical cancer, your illness is acute ( comes on suddenly ) versus cervical CA which is chronic!. It sounds like you have a UTI!. A UTI is an infection of the urinary tract SYSTEM and includes any one of the following, bladder (cystitis ) , urethra (urethritis), and kidneys ( pyelonephritis)!. Generally you get pretty sick with nephritis and may have a fever and visible blood and pus in the urine!. The only way to diagnose a UTI is by microscopic evauluation of the urine!. Normally a CNS ( culture and sensitivity is ordered) I actually think they have over the counter test kits!. I would not waste my money on an at home kit because it sounds like you need an antibiotic!. Anyway the cns will test color, clrity , ph, specific gravitiy an presecence of ketones, protein, bacteria ,sugar, blood!. Then it will see what the cause is and reaction of the most common drugs, this is the sensitivity part !. If this has been going on for 5 or 6 days and you already feel this bad I would go to the ER , who cares about the cost, most hospitals have payment plans and as long as you honestly communictae with them and pay on time they are willing to work with you!. A cheaper alternative is a clininc, generally hundeds if not thousands less!. If I were you I would find a cliic NOW, before it gets worse!. Not sure if you have one nearby but I use them alot instead of the ER just because you wait less time and I have health insurance!. For non emergent things they are great!. They even have lots of free samples of meds!. If you tell them you have no money the will give you free meds too!. Ths will NOT go away on it own and if you wait too long you sure will be out lots of money because you will be admitted to the hoispital for septic shock and require IV antibiotics, IV fuids and cardiac meds to keep your blood pressure fom dumping!. Than you really won't care if you have health insurance or not!. Not trying to scare you , you just have a common and very treatable infection right now!. Find a clinic and DRINK !!!!!

It does sound like a bladder infection!. I get them and the urine is never dark!. If you can't go to a doctor, get some cranberry juice and start drink alot of it!. Drink lots of cranberry juice and water and that will help you urinate more and get the infection out of your bladder!. However, if it doesnt go away or start feeling better within a couple od days, you should see a doctor and get treated with antibiotics!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Definately could be a UTI that traveled to your kidneys, hence the back pain!. You need to get to the clinic a!.s!.a!.p before more damage is done!. Don't worry about the medical bill, let them know you don't have insurance and they will usually discount their rate for you!. You need to get it taken care of as soon as possible! Www@Answer-Health@Com

You get yourself into the doctor immediately without fail!. You may have a urinary infection or possibly kidney infection or both!. Stop worrying about the insurance and what COULD be wrong!. Do not neglect your health, call the Dr!. and get well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
