Bottom left foot pain?!
Question: Bottom left foot pain!?
I been running cross country for 3 months!. We run an average of 6-8 miles!. My bottom left side of my right foot began to hurt!. It only hurts when i put pressure on it!. Its a little on my heal!. I also have high arches on my feet!? Should I see my doctor!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have this too and I had insoles made for my feet !.!.!.they really work great!. It took me about two weeks or so before I really felt relief!.!.!.This is what your foot problem is called:

I agree with Lanie, it does sound like Plantar Fascitis!. I also had the problem several years ago!. It is very painful!. The foot doctor had me put a bottle of water in the freezer and then roll the bottle with my foot for about 5 minutes , I also had to wear a boot that kept my foot rigid at night, but the only thing that really helped was my staying off of my foot, please go see a foot doctor they will know what is best for you!. take care, VWww@Answer-Health@Com
yes you should see a doctor because none of these answers are going to be right on what your health is at, even if it comes from a doctor!. go and see one, then the doctor can give you a better answer!.

your arches may be galling if your shoes are not supportive enough!.!.!.!. or it may be shin splints!. you should probably consult your doctor to obtain an educated diagnosis and make sure it does not get worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
