I think I have an ear ache...?!

The past week I've been really sick, sinus pressure, fever, sore throat, cough, headache stuffy and runny nose!. I stayed home this past monday and went to school Tuesday and yesterday!. I worked last night 3-7 at a grocery store and it was about 25 degrees outside and I only had on a jacket and gloves, on top of how cold it was it was really windy!. Today I woke up and showered and still felt like crap, my ear also hurts I feel like when I put a Q-tip in it, it's bruising and when I burp it hurts too!. I did the whole hair dryer in the ear thing and it didn't seem to work!.


Does this sound reasonable!?
can someone please help me!?
