Question: Any home remedies for a sinus headache!?

Sure, i'm guessing you have a sinus infection so here's a few things you can do!. The next time you shower, let the water run your head/bridge nose area for a few minutes then blow your nose, you can put a humidifier in your room too, or, you can go to walmart, kmart etc and get some of those shower tablets that can clear it up, nasal spray is good too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
