Answers:
Completely normal, your wrist is stiff because it has been held in one position for 8 weeks!.
Try gentle exercises to start with, squeezing and rolling a soft, small ball is a good starting one!.
Fill the bath or kitchen sink with warm water and move your arm around in it, movement is easier under water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

scaphoid fractures can be hard to heal because of poor circulation in that area!. It probably has a little healing left to do even tho the cast is off!. You probably still have a little swelling also making it stiff and painful!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
it will be stiff for about one more week!. if it is not better by then, get physical therapy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
