Question: Hi there, i gt pins n needles in my small finger!?

!.!.!.of late, to be honest, i havn't been eating well, n sleep hasn't been great coz of, i guess, stress!. but anywas ive had this persistant pins and needles in my pinkie- wen i clutch my fist it gets a little better 4 a while though

any doctors!?
