Question: Is my foot sprained!? please help me!!!!!!!!?
last night, when i was sleeping i coulnt sleep because my foot was bothering my so much!. today, my dad checked it and said right below my ankle, it is a little swolen!. please tell me, is it sprained!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It MAY just be a strain or a sprain, but there's never really any way to tell for sure without an x-ray!. If you still have flexibility in the ankle, it probably isn't broken!. If it's swollen but hasn't bruised, it's likely just a slight sprain!. Do you know what you did to aggravate it!? Did you turn your ankle!? Did you hit it on something!? If the swelling progresses, put an ice pack on it and then begin alternating heat and ice for awhile!. If it continues to bother you after a few days, you should get an x-ray or MRI on it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
