How to get the most and best sleep ?!


Question: How to get the most and best sleep !?
I'm in deep need of a really good night's sleep, consistently, no matter what my schedule is!. Can anyone help me out with this!? I've tried stupid things like pillow sprays and massages and candles and they work to some extent but I'm still waking up in the middle of the night and I'm not feeling well rested the next day!. Are there certain foods I should be eating during the day to help!? Are there certain foods or beverages I could drink closer to bed time that would help too!? I want to avoid taking any drugs tho!. Listen to music before you sleep, or read!. That and avoid eating three hours before bed!. Take a relaxing bath (not shower, that might keep you awake)!. Try to sleep at the same time every day too!. Your body's "clock" will create a schedule!.

Just a suggestion, even though you want to avoid taking drugs!. Try taking melatonin (which you can buy at the drugstore)!. Some research has found that melatonin increases the speed of falling asleep and adds to the quality of sleep in about 60% of people who use it!. So try it and see if it helps you!. It's not too expensive either!.

Just make sure that the first time you try it is on the weekend or something, or you might oversleep!. Test it first (because it's different for everyone)!. It's a natural hormone produced in the body too, so it's safe!.
