Question: I get this persistent stiff neck mostly at night, but it is not sleep related!. What is it!?
I just got over a cold and tonsillitis, don't know if this means anything!. It's literally a pain in the neck so good advice please!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The pain is due to muscle stiffness, it can go away with stretching and exercise, stress will turn it on, hot shower will help, rubbing ice will also help this pain

sometimes when im sick i get stiff pains in my neck!. I usually take a hot bath and rub it a little, it seems to help!.
