Head act after traveling?!


Question: Head act after traveling!?
whenever i travel more than 3 hrs i got head act!.
Is it a serious problem !?

You are probably dehydrated, especially if you travel by airplane!. When you travel, you need to make sure you are drinking plenty of water, even if it means that you need to stop and go to bathroom every couple of hours!. This should take care of the headache problem!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
