Went to a rock concert 3 days ago...legs still sore, weird pains?!

Question: Went to a rock concert 3 days ago!.!.!.legs still sore, weird pains!?
I jumped around quite a bit, and barely stood still at all!. I was wearing chucks (so no support lol) and i was on the floor, so it was concrete!. This is nothing new to me, just the fact that 3 days later my calves are still very sore, like it hurt to get out of bed this morning!. And then I was sitting in class and my right leg's calf kept feeling like something strange was happening, like maybe in my veins, but I know that it wasn't because I've felt similar feelings and its not that, just that's the only way i can describe it!.

Anyone know how to get rid of this!?!? I know if I take ibuprofen it will just take away the pain temporarily!.!.!.

thank you so much ahead of time :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Your calf muscles are probably just going into spasms from being overused, which is probably that weird pulsating muscle feeling you're probably getting!. Like anytime to exhaust any muscles, it's definitely going to hurt for a few days!. Just keep taking ibuprofen or advil before bed, and just take it slow!. You should be good within a week!. I'm not very active and when I go to concerts I go all out, so I know the exact leg pains you're going through!. Don't worry, it's normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, if you sat on the concrete you might develop Rheumatism!. I had almost the same symptoms when i was small!. I just sat down and felt like something really weird was happening with my legs!. Some days i couldn't even bend my knees, so you might want to get that checked out before something serious turns up!. Otherwise, you should jog in place a little and get a massage!. A massage will always help relax your calves and other muscles :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

When i do anything strenuous, i will take 2 ibuprofen and drink a large glass of water before i go to bed and that helps a whole lot the next day!. I've also noticed that day 3 afterwards is usually the worst pain wise!. Hope you feel better!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Did you stop taking pain pills!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
