Depends entirely on your level of pain!. The smallest dose of any medication that alleviates your pain is the best!. If you take opiates for any length of time, you will develop a tolerance that will require higher doses or stronger meds to address the pain!. You've got to leave room for that escalation if you've got a condition that will be treated for anything more than a temporary condition!.

i just got off A!.C & C (222'S) after 20 years taking them for headaches which seemed to start shortly after i was introduced to them for an ingrown toenail!. they caused more headaches than they prevented and i dont get them any more!.
try ibuprofen or acetaminophen but dont go to the hard stuff or you will be addicted in no time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
