I am a general practitioner in Austin, Texas and had just recently undergone a two day training course on pain management procedures by Empire Medical Training, Lauderdale, Florida!. I opted for Empire Medical Training, Florida, as a doctor friend of mine had talked me in to attending such a useful course!. The two day course touched upon every aspect of pain management techniques!. Though I was not fully in to pain management treatment as yet, this course has given me a new direction and provided me with ample knowledge to expand my current practice to include pain management also as a sub specialty treatment!. I had attended a two day course on pain management conducted by Empire Medical and the lead speaker was one Dr!.Jack Berger MD who is Board Certified in anesthesia and subspecialty certified in pain management!. He is besides, the professor of clinical anesthesiology at the University of Southern Columbia!. It is a very detailed course and is accredited by the medical academy!. Training is imparted in patient diagnosis, giving injections, dosage restrictions, marketing techniques and collecting medical reimbursements!.
