Why are my hip bones/joints sore after having a baby?!

Question: Why are my hip bones/joints sore after having a baby!?
I had my baby 7months ago and my weight has gone back to normal, but I feel about 50 years older because my hip bones or joints are achy when I have been sitting for a while and stand up to walk around!. I now also have a hard time sleeping on my side because my hips start to hurt!. I never had this problem before and have always been fit and athletic!. Has anyone else had this experience, or know what to do about it!? I was thinking of going to a chiropracter, but think they may be expensive!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
While you are pregnant your muscles and ligaments stretch out ALOT and become very loose to make room for the changes in your body!. After the baby is born your body is still trying to adjust and get back to normal!.
Your muscles, ligaments, and tendons will start to tighten up again, and this can put stress on different parts of the body!.
It is also possible that during birth one or more of the vertebra's in your back became displaced, this can also put stress on your joints!.
Going to see a chiropractor is a great idea!. They can help you with almost all of your bodies bone and joint pain!. I have been seeing a chiropractor for over 18 years!.
Also, if you have health insurance a good majority of health insurance companies cover chiropractic treatment now!. Just call around!
You can also try a PMNT doctor (physical medicine)!.

Hope this helped!. Feel better soon! Good luck to you and your new baby! Www@Answer-Health@Com

its gonna be like that for a LONG
time mostly because a baby came out your
vagina anyway get on of those hot and cold
patches and put them on your hips for about
a weekWww@Answer-Health@Com
