put a plaster on it, that may help draw it out, but you may need to go to the A+EWww@Answer-Health@Com
Sticky tape - stick it over the area with the splinter, and pull it out!. May take a couple of tries!.
Or you can use a flashlight shining across your skin (rather than down on it) to make the sliver cast a shadow, then get it with tweezers!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to go to A & E, they are the experts at removing foreign objects from the person!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
soak your toe in vinegar, it will help draw the splinter out, vinegar is great for things like that!Www@Answer-Health@Com
