so wait, I always have a headache!. i mean, not a headache like "oh i have a headache every other day" its a headache like, there is not a time in my life when i dont remember a dull pain in my head!. No matter what mood or how i fell, there is constantly a pain in my head!. always!. i get headaches like a normal person, every ONCE in a while, but there is never a time when i dont have a minor pain in my head!. some days worse that others!. its creepy

Agreed the two most common that would cause that are sinus and migraine!. With a migraine you'll have a great deal of sensitiveity to light and or sound!. The light put off by a VCR will be painful in a full blown migraine!. If it's sinuses it won't get as severe but will still hurt like a big dog!.
For a sinus headache run down to the store and get sinus headache relief!. It is effective!.
For a migraine your in for a really time!. The sinus meds will take a little edge off!. Get in a cool dark place!. Lots of people say ice on the back of the neck helps, never helped me though!. Then ride it out for the next 8 to 20 hours!. Next day go see a doc and get a script for migraine meds so that when you get your next one you'll be OK!. Going ot the hospital is a waste of time!. You spend hours in a brightly lit area in excruciating agony!. Then they give you Demoral which takes the edge off and nothing else but prevents you from taking anything else so your still in agony but your out an ER bill, got a sore butt and then have to try to drive or ride in a car!. It just aint worth it!. Get migraine meds!. Which one works depends on the type of migraine you get!. Midrin works for me!. So that's what I use!. Only tried one other an it didn't work at all and worse I couldn't take Midrin so I don't experiment any more!.

Sounds like a sinus headache!.!.!.maybe a migrane, but for me the sinus tend to focus behind my eyes!. Try something with a decongestant or a sinus headache specific painkiller if regular ones aren't doing the job!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
